First Time Use:

For first-time use, please follow the supplied filter rinsing instructions in the user manual to activate the multi-stage filter.

After installing and filling the dispenser for the first time, the initial batch of water may have a relatively strong mineral taste. This is because the multi-stage filter contains nourishing minerals. However, the taste fades after a few batches, leaving you with great-tasting water.

• Fill the top section with water and allow it to filter to the bottom section.

• Once the first batch has filtered, discard the water in the bottom section.

• Then, refill the top section and allow it to filter again.

• After that, your water is ready to enjoy!

Positioning and Maintenance:

• Position the dispenser away from direct sunlight to avoid algae growth.

• The ceramic filter can be sanded with wet sandpaper when dirty.

• Once the orange balls in the cartridge filter have dissolved, it’s time to replace the filter.

Filter Stages:

• Stage 1: Ceramic Filter – Filters out rust, sediment, and harmful bacteria such as typhoid, cholera, and E. coli.

• Stages 2–5: Granular Activated Carbon (GAC), resin-ion exchange, and infrared mineral balls – These remove chlorine, heavy metals, and selected pathogens, while retaining essential minerals and nutrients.
